Global X Covered Call Options Strategy
Global X covered call funds hold an index or sector portfolio and write calls on roughly 30% to 50% of it, most often 40% to 50%, managed actively. Strikes range from at-the-money to slightly out-of-the-money. Most come in pairs: a plain version and an Enhanced version with 25% leverage. Most of the funds holding U.S. or global stocks are unhedged.
