Terms of Use

Last updated October 12, 2026

The rules for using Covered Call Directory and its data. In short: use it for your own research, share individual figures with a link, and don’t copy the directory wholesale.

Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of Covered Call Directory (the “site”), including its fund data and tools. The site is operated by Everpire Studios Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Personal Use

You may use the site and its data for your own personal, non-commercial research. You are welcome to quote or share individual figures — a fund’s yield, a distribution, a comparison chart — with a link back to the site.

Nothing on the site is investment advice. The Disclaimer forms part of these terms.

Our Data

The directory is the product of our own work: collecting, checking, correcting and organising fund information from many sources. The site’s database, its selection and arrangement, and its text, design and code belong to us and are protected by copyright and other laws. Using the site gives you no ownership of any of it.

What You May Not Do

Unless we have agreed otherwise in writing, you may not:

• scrape, crawl, spider or use any automated means to access or copy the site or its data, other than a search engine indexing public pages in line with our robots.txt;
• download, copy or extract all or a substantial part of the data, whether at once or bit by bit;
• republish, redistribute, sell, license or otherwise make the data available to others, or use it to build or feed a competing directory, database or service;
• use the data to train or evaluate machine-learning models;
• get around rate limits, access controls or anything else we use to protect the site, or frame or mirror it;
• interfere with the site or its security, or with anyone else’s use of it.

How We Protect the Site

To keep the site fast and to protect the data, we limit how much any one visitor can request, and we keep records of unusual activity. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect.

Changes and Termination

We may change the site or these terms at any time. When we change these terms we will update the date at the top, and using the site after a change means you accept it. We may stop or restrict anyone’s access to the site if they break these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Nothing in these terms takes away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the province or country where you live.
